I’ve been doing a bit of thinking (and reading) about human-machine interfaces and how they might be developed – earlier this week, I even went so far as to write up a quick laundry list of must-haves for a bioelectrical adapter; needless to say, the list seemed pretty fantastic. Imagine my surprise this afternoon, during my slashdot siesta, to see this article! The real question now is, when are the homebrew hackers gonna get involved. I suspect thats when the real innovations in the whole area of human-machine integration will start popping out of the woodwork. Maybe we have to start thinking about an analogue of Moore’s Law for areas like cyberbionics (cool phrase, me like!). Anyway, back to what you were doing.
Selah.
